Space for everyone, and a reason to stay in.

Glenwood Pines sits on five private acres of tall ponderosa pine northeast of town. The house is a single level, so everyone is close without being on top of each other: two king suites for the grown-ups, a bunk room for the kids and a big open room where the day actually happens.

Mornings are coffee and birdfeeders. Afternoons move between the trails, the disc golf course and the pool table. Evenings end in the hot tub with more stars than you remember.

How many people does Glenwood Pines sleep?

Up to 12 guests. The Grand Canyon and Sedona Suites each have a king bed, and the Snowbowl Suite has two bunks with four full-size beds. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, plus a half bath for everyone.

What are check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM. Entry is keyless, and you get your door code before arrival. Ask the hosting team about an earlier arrival or a later departure; it depends on the cleaning schedule, so it can't be promised in advance.

Where exactly is it?

Northeast of Flagstaff, just off US-89 on Glenwood Trail. Downtown Flagstaff is about 20 minutes away, Snowbowl about 45 and the Grand Canyon's South Rim about two hours. You get the full address with your booking.

What's the house like for kids?

Good. There's a game room with pool and ping-pong, lawn games, books and board games, and a bunk room built for them. Please supervise children around the hot tub.

What are the house rules?

Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events, no smoking indoors and no pets other than service animals. Open flames and fires aren't allowed without written approval from the hosting team.

Is booking direct secure?

Yes. Check dates and rates shows live availability, and checkout runs through Glenwood Pines' Guesty booking page with a secure card payment. You get a confirmation email right away.

Is there Wi-Fi and a place to work?

Yes. High-speed internet and a desk with wireless chargers. Network details are in the welcome book at the house.

What about winter driving?

Flagstaff gets real snow. Glenwood Trail can be slick after a storm, so a vehicle with good tires (four-wheel or all-wheel drive is best) makes winter arrivals easier.

The pines are waiting.
